All of us at some point in our lives have thought of a favorite color, the one that while we are walking through a shopping center and we stop to see clothes of that color we want to buy , not just clothes, shoes, notebooks, bags, etc. One day I was thinking if our favorite color can influence our personality so much and I found this.  Fried Mojarra When you start talking about typical food from Barranquilla, the first thing that comes to mind is that fried mojarra with patacón, coconut rice and salad. Of course, this dish must be accompanied by a glass of ice-cold panela water to cool off a bit from the heat of the city. Now let's proceed with the more technical stuff... Name of dish Fried Mojarra Description It is an economic recipe, very tasty and simple in its preparation. The most important thing to obtain a good dish with this type of product is that the fish smell as fresh as possible. In my region the dish is served with a golden mojarra, it is hard , very crunchy and perfectly cooked but in the mouth it has a salty taste . What´s In It? When I was little I didn't like to eat many things like beans, for example, I was crazy about fast food and I couldn't stand vegetables , like any other child, that's why I think I grew up being a little chubby, however many things changed when I reached adolescence. After going through puberty, apart from growing a lot, losing weight and having less energy than before, my appetite and my daily diet changed too, I didn't used to eat vegetables but now I am a big vegetable eater , I have no problem eating anything. I used to be a  chocolate  addict but now I eat very little , as well as the things that hurt me because I am older, except coffee, I have always been a coffee lover and always will be.
